Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TunnelFun's VPN services.

1. Introduction

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your platform's instructions.
  • All prices are stated in GBP (£). Taxes and fees may apply based on your location.
  • Where offered, money‑back guarantees apply only to the first purchase within the stated timeframe.
  • Refunds are considered at TunnelFun's sole discretion and only if you can demonstrate the Service was unavailable or unusable during your subscription period.
  • Each license is for a single user and may be installed on multiple devices you own, with a maximum of 6 simultaneous device connections per license.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

  • Sending unsolicited communications ("spam") via email or other channels
  • Transmitting, receiving, or storing illegal content, including child exploitation material
  • Infringing intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others
  • Sending spam, malware, or conducting security attacks

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TunnelFun and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the subscription period in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TunnelFun, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) by a single qualified arbitrator in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
